The Nauset House Inn Policy
The Nauset House Inn is a non - smoking Inn. Children over the age of 12 are welcome. We are not set up to accommodate Pets.
A two (2) night minimum stay is required on weekends. A three (3) night minimum stay is required on Holiday weekends A reservation of 1 - 3 nights requires a
deposit equal to the full amount of the stay plus tax. A reservation of more than 3 nights requires a
deposit equal to half of your complete stay including tax. Cancellations must be made two weeks before
scheduled stay for a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee. If you cancel a reservation giving us less
than 2 weeks notice, the deposit will only be refunded if we are able
to resell your full reservation. The room tax in Massachusetts is 9.7%. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. |
